Food Traceability and Inventory System — Camps
I designed and developed a mobile-first application for food inventory management and traceability in camps, allowing monitors to record purchases, consumption, and expiration dates in real-time.
The Challenge
All management was done by hand on paper, causing errors, lack of visibility, information loss, and huge inefficiency in an environment where speed and organization are key.
The Solution
I created a mobile-accessible application that allows recording purchased and consumed food, attaching photos, tracking expiration dates, batch numbers, and automatically calculating costs. The system maintains a history per camp and allows exporting complete reports by time periods.
