FINSA — Generative AI Training and Innovation Hackathon Coordination
I designed and delivered an intensive 4-hour workshop on generative Artificial Intelligence for FINSA, aimed at users with no prior experience and evolving to the creation of agentic workflows and AI-supported agile prototyping. I then coordinated an internal innovation hackathon where teams transformed real company problems into functional, applicable solutions for their daily work.
The Challenge
FINSA had an internal innovation program, but tangible impact was limited: in previous editions, only one functional prototype had been achieved. There was also a technology adoption barrier, especially in the practical use of AI as a real work tool.
The Solution
I designed a 4-hour practical workshop that went from basic user level to advanced flows with agents and automations, adapted to FINSA's real ecosystem (Google Workspace with Gemini, rapid prototyping tools, n8n). Then, I coordinated the internal hackathon structured in 4 sessions over 4 months, applying Design Thinking dynamics to take teams from idea to a completely functional final product.
